How long do I have to return an item?
You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.
What condition should my item be in?
Items must be in their original condition, and in the original packaging (including the complimentary velvet wrap). Items damaged due to misuse or improper care are not returnable for refund.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or does not match the style ordered. In such rare cases, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos and details so we can make it right. For all other returns, if you choose to use a prepaid return label provided by us, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
How do I start a return?
To begin the return process, please fill out a Request to Return form here. Once your request is approved, we will send you return instructions along with a prepaid shipping label if applicable.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes. The fastest way is to return your item, and once approved, place a new order for the product you’d like instead.
When will I get my refund?
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days (your bank or card company may take a little longer). If more than 15 business days pass after approval, email us at kg@kimgdreampalette.com.
